A booking is confirmed when we issue an official invoice detailing the agreed-upon travel services, and you, the customer, make the corresponding payment within the specified timeframe.
By confirming your travel arrangements with any of our companies, you acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a legally binding contract, and you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies, disclaimers, or guidelines provided during the booking process.
By booking any travel services with our Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions issue by our brand.
